SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in San Francisco dismissed a lawsuit alleging the Biden administration and former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey conspired to suspend a woman’s Twitter account in violation of her right to free speech. The woman’s account violated Twitter’s policy against the dissemination of harmful and misleading information relating to Covid-19.
