HOUSTON — Viacom, owner of Nickelodeon, filed a federal lawsuit against the owners of a restaurant and bar in downtown Houston called The Rusty Krab, claiming it is infringing on trademarks for the animated series “SpongeBob SquarePants,” which features a fictional restaurant called The Krusty Krab.
