FORT WORTH - Guerrilla Funk Recordings & Filmworks claims it created and copyrighted the TV show "Your School Makeover," which NBC began broadcasting as "School Pride" in November. It demands damages for fraud and copyright infringement; click 'TV' headline to see defendants.

Named as defendants in the federal complaint are Cheryl Hines, Denise Cramsey, Stuart Krasnow, Horizon Scripted Television, National Broadcasting Co., and Adrian Court Productions.
