Reversing a district court ruling, the Ninth Circuit determined a class action against TurboTax-maker Intuit should be compelled to arbitration. The class claims the company tricked them into paying for its tax-preparation services when they could have used its free tax-filing option.

The class claims the company tricked them into paying for its tax-preparation services when they could have used its free tax-filing option.
