AUSTIN, Texas — Trump supporters sued by Biden-Harris campaigners over the rowdy “Trump Train,” which harassed campaign staff as they drove down Interstate 35 in 2020, may not present expert testimony that one of the Trump supporters drove in a “smooth and reasonable manner” because the proposed expert is a civil engineer who “is not qualified to give an expert opinion on the quality of individual driving.”
