WASHINGTON — In a Freedom of Information Act suit against the Internal Revenue Service, a federal court in Washington ruled the Electronic Privacy Information Center isn’t entitled to the disclosure of former President Donald Trump’s tax returns or any records other than “return information necessary to permit inspection of any accepted offer-in-compromise.”
