Trump-related trademark

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board improperly declined to register the trademark “TRUMP TOO SMALL” for use on T-shirts. Application of a section of the Lanham Act to bar the trademark violated the First Amendment right to free speech, the court ruled.
