True, not defamatory

MADISON, Wis. — A right-wing social media user in Wisconsin faced a setback in his defamation lawsuit against two journalists, Adam Klasfeld and Frank Runyeon, who accurately reported that the Wisconsin man has been criminally convicted of violating two of three restraining orders against him. The articles are true and the reporters did not act with actual malice, but he may amend his complaint. [Ed. Note: Klasfeld formerly reported from NYC for CNS.]
