Trouble In Lake Wobegon

ST. PAUL (CN) - Garrison Keillor and his wife have sued their neighbor and the City of St. Paul, claiming the city illegally granted Lori Anderson a zoning variance to build a studio above her garage. Keillor says the addition will be only 8 feet away from his house, obstructing his light and air and violating the state's Environmental Rights Act, as both homes are in the Heritage Hill Historic Preservation District, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. See complaint.
