Tribal Police Sue Border Patrol For Millions

TUCSON (CN) - Two police officers of the Tohono O'odham Nation have sued the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Service for hundreds of millions of dollars, claiming Border Patrol officers chasing a car at high speed crashed into their tribal police car and motorcycle, seriously injuring O'odham officers Samuel Garcia and Robert Carrasco. Both officers are represented by Haralson Miller Pitt Feldman & McAnally.
