Trial experts immune from suit

BOSTON — The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled that two trial experts, who testified against a man whose designation as a sexually dangerous person was vindicated on appeal, enjoy absolute quasi-judicial immunity from the man’s lawsuit alleging they submitted false and inaccurate reports to the court.
