Traumatized Prison Guard Sues State

OLYMPIA, WASH. (CN) - A Stafford Creek Prison guard claims the Washington State Department of Corrections is discriminating against him by refusing to let him return to work. Christopher Davis claims he killed an inmate who was trying to escape, took medical leave for "psychological trauma," and now the state won't let him go back to work, in Thurston County Court.
