Translator Claims L3 Abused Him In Iraq

WASHINGTON (CN) - An American translator claims L3 Communications Titan Group forced him to work in Iraq while injured, against his doctor's orders, and sent him without body armor to the "death triangle" in retaliation for his complaints about working conditions. The complaint follows allegations of torture by L3 filed by Iraqi citizens.

Mourad Khalil demands lost wages and damages for discrimination, retaliation and wrongful firing. He is represented in Federal Court by David Branch.
