A federal court in New Mexico ruled against trampoline facilities challenging Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s Covid-19-related orders restricting their operations. Although the companies may have suffered “irreparable” injuries and are at risk of permanent closure, an injunction requiring the state to allow them to reopen would “be adverse to the public interest.”
