Train Derailment

A federal judge in Pennsylvania tossed a class action against a railroad brought by residents of Hyndman, Pennsylvania, who were forced to evacuate from their homes after a train derailment in 2017. The residents failed to prove they suffered any damages beyond foul odors, noise and temporary displacement.
