Traffic tickets

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — TIKD Services was “engaged in the unauthorized practice of law,” the Florida Supreme Court ruled, finding the company, which discloses its nonlawyer status but contracts with licensed attorneys to help resolve customers’ traffic tickets, cannot “ensure the quality of legal services provided to the public.”
