Traffic cameras

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Supreme Court ruled statutes that reduce state funding to municipalities by the amount they collect through traffic cameras fines and require them to pay an advance deposit for civil actions to enforce citations using such camera systems are constitutional.
