Toy Safety Site Says Programmer Interfered

MILWAUKEE (CN) - Toy Tips, which runs a toy-safety Web site and newsletter for patents, claims its programmer, Landmann InterActive, intentionally disabled the site for months, demanding payment to make the site comply with bogus "regulations" that do not exist.

Toy Tips demands punitive damages for breach of contract, conversion, interference and misrepresentation, in Milwaukee County Court.
