PHILADELPHIA - An insurance adjuster and a salvage company sold at least 6,400 bottles of Lipton ice tea, in 64-ounce plastic containers, that were rendered unfit for human consumption after surviving a July 23, 2015, tractor-trailer fire outside Charlotte, N.C., Echo Global Logistics claims in a federal complaint, with authorization from PepsiCo.
