Tour Manager Sues UB40 for $174,000

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Spectacle Entertainment Group claims the rock band UB40 owes it $174,000 - 15% of gross revenue from the band's 2008 North American tour. In its Superior Court claim, L.A.-based Spectacle says UB40 made $1.7 million from ticket and merchandise sales on the band's 2008 U.S. tour, but paid it only $80,000 of the $254,000 owed.
