Tour Co. Faces $10M Wrongful Death Suit

WASHINGTON (CN) - Parents say their son died when the driver of a double-decker tour bus drove under an overpass while their son was still on the top level, causing him to hit his head on a metal beam. Kathi Nguyen and Mark Stoll demand $10 million in actual and punitive damages from Open Top Sightseeing, City Sightseeing Washington D.C. and Les Cars Rouges for alleged wrongful death and negligence.

They are represented in Superior Court by Patrick Regan with Regan Zambri & Long PLLC.
