WASHINGTON (CN) - Parents say their son died when the driver of a double-decker tour bus drove under an overpass while their son was still on the top level, causing him to hit his head on a metal beam. Kathi Nguyen and Mark Stoll demand $10 million in actual and punitive damages from Open Top Sightseeing, City Sightseeing Washington D.C. and Les Cars Rouges for alleged wrongful death and negligence.
