Tough test

BOSTON — A man in his mid-50s failed the California Bar Exam twice and sued the state bar for age discrimination over its administration and scoring of the test. The Massachusetts federal court he sued in, however, lacks jurisdiction to overturn a final state court judgment, which the U.S. Supreme Court has exclusive jurisdiction over.
