NASHVILLE (CN) - A man claims he suffered permanent disfigurement from taking Total Body Formula supplements as directed. He claims he suffered "hair loss, nail deformity, nose bleeds, bowel problems, muscle pain and cramps, fatigue, disfigurement, pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, lost wages and loss of earning capacity" and that "the losses are permanent."

Neal Taylor sued Total Body Essential Nutrition, Wright Enrichment, and TexAmerican Food Blending in Federal Court. He demands $1 million in damages.
