Too Late To Sue Now, Biz Tells Fraternities

DALLAS (CN) - Paddle Tramps sued Alpha Chi Omega and dozens of other fraternities and sororities, claiming that its sale of items bearing the groups' Greek letters and crests does not violate their trademarks. Paddle Tramps claims it's sold its products across the country for 47 years and the defendants recently threatened litigation. The Lubbock-based business seeks declaratory judgment.
