SANTA MONICA (CN) - San Antonio Spur Tony Parker demands $20 million from X17 and X17Online.com, claiming the photo agency defamed him by publishing reports that he cheated on his wife, actress Eva Longoria, shortly after they were married. He claims in Superior Court that the libel was malicious, as K17 "had to know that the story was false, or at the very least it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source," and that it never contacted him or his wife about his alleged relationship with Alexandra Paressant, a French model.
