Toho Protects Godzilla’s Image

LOS ANGELES (CN) - No fair to Godzilla. Toho Co. claims Toysmith not only violated copyright by selling unauthorized Godzilla toys, but Toysmith's toys were contaminated with lead, hurting the image of Toho and of Godzilla, King of the Monsters. (Godzilla, who was born in 1956, has starred in 28 movies.) See complaint.
