CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit upheld the dismissal of Title VII claims brought by four women employed by the Indiana state House or Senate who claim former Attorney General Curtis Hill harassed them at a March 2018 Sine Die celebration. The proper defendants for such claims are the plaintiffs’ employers, not the state.
