GALLATIN, TENN. (CN) – **G. Christopher Forsythe and **Forsythe Title and Escrow Services are in trouble. **Lawyers Title Insurance Co. claims Forsythe Title has only $1,451 in its escrow accounts, but there should be $2.5 million in there. In a separate complaint, First Tennessee Bank claims Forsythe fraudulently conveyed property to his wife while owing the bank for seven loans. See sample complaint in Sumner County Court.
