Time Warner Goes to War with AT&T over Cable TV

SAN ANTONIO (CN) - To compete with Time Warner Cable, AT&T rushed to market an Internet, telephone and cable TV package of services without the technical capacity to do so, Time Warner says. In doing so, it claims AT&T vandalized, destroyed and converted Time Warner infrastructure, intercepted and interfered with its services, and recklessly interfered with its contracts.

Time Warner demands punitive damages in Federal Court. It is represented by Steven Weisburd with Dechert LLP of Austin.
