Time Warner fired its vice president of diversity and multicultural initiatives based on her gender and race, according to a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court by Teresa Hudson Williams, a black woman.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: JC Housing and CJ Commodities in Ft. Myers Federal Court; RGIS, RGIS Inventory Specialists and C.R. England in Alameda County Court; Ernst & Young in San Diego Federal Court; Hanami Restaurant in Newark Federal Court; Barristers Collection Services in Jacksonville Federal Court; DS Waters of America, Cross Country Travcorps, Lowe's Companies, Life Steps Foundation and Weiser Security Services in Los Angeles Superior Court; Aldo U.S., AC Mexican Food and Jalapenos in Orange County Superior Court; and Terminix International in Ventura County Court.
