NASHVILLE (CN) - Country singer Tim McGraw and his daughter Gracie were sued for a car collision that occurred nearly a year ago.

Alan and Sharon Osborne sued Sam McGraw aka Tim McGraw and his daughter, in Davidson County court last week for a Dec. 4, 2013 accident involving Sharon's 2013 Honda Civic and the McGraws' 2010 Land Rover.

Gracie was driving the SUV, owned by Tim, at the time of the collision.

"Defendant, Gracie K. McGraw, turned left onto Highway 100 off of West Tyne Drive and entered the [plaintiff], Sharon Denise Osborne's lane of travel while doing so, striking the front of the plaintiff's vehicle," the complaint states.

The Land Rover was a shared McGraw family vehicle, according to the complaint.

The Osbornes seek $25,000 in damages.

They are represented by George Fusner, Jr. in Brentwood, Tenn.
