OKLAHOMA CITY — A federal court in Oklahoma granted summary judgment to Netflix and the company that produced the “Tiger King” documentary in a lawsuit alleging that certain video clips were used without permission. Seven of the disputed videos were made while the plaintiff was employed at Joe Exotic’s animal park and the other was fair use.
