PITTSBURGH (CN) - A RICO class-action claim accuses RMG Technologies of selling a device that lets retailers elude Ticketmaster's online security system to buy large blocks of tickets, which they resell for elevated prices. Co-defendants National Event Co. II, and Designer Tickets and Tours dba LasVegasTickets.com are accused of defrauding customers and Ticketmaster, and of computer fraud, business interference, unjust enrichment, breach of contract and copyright violations.
