Three-day delay to pick up guns

BOSTON — The First Circuit rejected a preliminary injunction that would have barred Maine from enforcing its 72-hour “cooling-off period” before a purchaser can take possession of a gun they bought. The law likely doesn’t violate the Second Amendment because it doesn’t meaningfully “infringe” on the right to keep and bear arms.
