FAIRBANKS, Alaska — Jay Allen Johnson pleaded guilty Tuesday to threatening to murder Alaska’s two U.S. senators. Johnson, from Delta Junction, Alaska, left 17 threatening voicemails for Senators Lisa Murkowski and Dan Sullivan between April and September 2021, including one in which he said he would get his “.50 caliber out.”
