This Is The Saddest| Story Ever Told

PHILADELPHIA (CN) - A quadriplegic military veteran who received a million-dollar settlement in a malpractice claim against the VA hospital system claims an officer at Hudson United Bankcorp gave his private financial information to a friend and conspired to have her seduce and marry him, whereupon the friend and the banker exchanged "jumping high fives" at the marriage service, then plundered his bank accounts and monthly disability payments for more than $1 million, while his new wife cuckolded him with a singer.

Raymond Hughes' complaint in the Court of Common Pleas alleges that his bank officer, defendant Yvette Angelo, plotted his seduction with her friend, co-defendant Delores Joyner, who is now his ex-wife. He claims the women conspired to steal more than $1 million from him, knowing his lonely and vulnerable condition, after his arms and legs had been amputated.

He claims that "within minutes after Defendant Dolores Joyner and Plaintiff Raymond Hughes were married in the Office of a Justice Peace, Defendants Yvette Angelo and Dolores Joyner joyously gave each other jumping high fives to celebrate the beginning of their secret and sinister conspiracy to defraud Plaintiff, Raymond Hughes."

He claims Joyner then siphoned large amounts of money to Angelo, and to herself, "unlawfully and systematically," while she cuckolded him with a singer.

He also sues TD Banknorth, successor to Hudson. He is represented by Gustine Pelagatti. See complaint.
