Things You Shouldn’t Say In An Email

CAMDEN, N.J. (CN) - Best Buy defamed a former manager after it fired him, and sabotaged other job offers, the man claims in Federal Court. Michael Oliveri claims that after two other major retailers withdrew job offers, he posed as an HR rep, created an email address in someone else's name, and used it to ask Best Buy for a reference on himself. He says Best Buy manager, and defendant, Ann McCafferty responded in an email that said he "he sucked," that "supposedly his wife left him because he has no job," and, "you can't say you got any info from Best Buy or we can be sued."
