The Trump Corporation

A federal court in New York denied The Trump Corporation’s motion to compel arbitration of a class action suit alleging it – and the president and three of his children – received payment to endorse a multi-level marketing company that allegedly defrauded its independent salespeople. The court ruled the class members did not agree to arbitrate with the corporation and were unaware that it was affiliated with the company.
