The Pep Boys

The Pep Boys defrauds customers by advertising a $19.99 oil change, but adding a "shop fee" of more than 10 percent, a class action claims in Trenton, N.J. Federal Court. The class claims Pep Boys ads have deceptive, small-print disclaimers stating, "Shop supply fee may apply," though "it knows that every store ... will certainly" charge that fee.
