The Old Cabbage in a Bottle Trick

RALEIGH, N.C. (CN) - Nomacorc, which makes corks for wine bottles, demands $1 million from the Packaging Corp. of America, claiming the paperboard in PCA's boxes made the corks smell like cabbage, ruining them. Nomacorc says it cost $500,000 to track this down, and demands damages for the investigation and the corks.

Nomacorc is represented in Federal Court by Daniel Palmieri.
