GALVESTON (CN) - Anthony Graves, the 12th inmate on Texas Death Row who was exonerated, will not get cash damages for the 18 years in he spent in prison because, the Texas Comptroller's Office said, the word "innocence" did not appear in the document that sprung him from prison in October 2010.
