The Eagles Get an Unpeaceful, Uneasy Feeling

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Now just a darn minute. The Eagles claim CMH Records sells a "lullaby" version of 10 of their greatest hits without permission through a Web site. The rockers claim CMH has sold "Rockabye Baby! Lullaby Renditions of the Eagles" for more than a year.

The rockers say CMH also copied the cover of their "Greatest Hits, Vol. 2" album to push the illegal downloads. The complaints cites a passage from the CMH Web site that appears to brag about the violations, and falsely claim affiliation with the band.

The band demands disgorgement, and accounting and punitive damages. The Eagles are represented by Howard King with King, Holmes & Paterno.
