The Dakota

MANHATTAN - Alphonse Fletcher Jr., a money manager, claims The Dakota refused to sell him the apartment next to his, where he's lived since 1992, because he is black. He says the widow who owned it agreed to sell it to him for cash, but the Dakota board blocked the deal.
