The Alamo

An appeals court in Texas rejected the Alamo Defenders Descendants Association’s request to halt renovations at the historic site, which contains a mission cemetery and physical remains of those at the Battle of the Alamo, finding there is no “active threat” to any human remains and the association did not explain how the current archeological plan is inadequate.
