DALLAS (CN) - Weaver Popcorn sued Blockbuster in Federal Court, disclaiming any liability in a former Blockbuster employee's lawsuit claiming she was injured by butter-flavored microwave popcorn vapors. Weaver, which occasionally made popcorn for Blockbuster, says it's immune from suit by contract.
