That’s My Zone, Barry Sears Tells NatGeo

BOSTON (CN) - Barry Sears, author of the "Zone" series of health and diet books, claims National Geographic violated his trademark by publishing Dan Buettner's book, "The Blue Zone - Lessons for Living Longer from the People Who've Lived the Longest." Sears says the defendants went to far as to copy the stylized "o" in his "Zone" titles. He wants all the "Blue Zone" books recalled, and treble damages.
