That’s A Lot Of Money For Pens

CHICAGO (CN) - Berol, Parker Pen and Waterman sued Luxor Writing Instruments, of India, seeking declaratory judgment in Cook County Court. Parker will not renew a licensing agreement with Luxor, and must pay Luxor $10 million. Luxor claims that triggers similar agreements with Berol and Waterman, which must pay it $10 million each. The pen companies disagree.
