ALBUQUERQUE (CN) - APX Alarm Security Solutions targets Spanish-speakers by offering a "free" alarm service, then charging a monthly "monitoring fee," refusing to rescind the deceptive sale, and charging $1,600 to cancel the "monitoring" service, though the salesman said there was no charge to cancel, a customer claims in Bernalillo County Court. She also says the alarm system never worked.
