QUEENS, N.Y. (CN) — Two Brinks workers drew their guns and threatened to shoot a man as he tried to withdraw money from an ATM, Frank Osso claims in Queens County Court. Osso says that when he entered the unlocked Jackson Heights branch of Commerce Bank, two men, who never identified themselves as Brinks employees, pointed guns at him and threatened to shoot if he did not leave immediately.
He left, Osso said, and when he returned, a teller told him he had seen it all but was in no position to help. Osso demands punitive damages for assault and negligence, from Brinks and the bank.
